7 minute ab workout 

 

This video is an ab routine that you can follow along. Each exercise will be explained with a video (20 sec) which is also your rest. After that, a 30 or 20 sec countdown starts.

 

It is no problem to take a short rest within the exercises or in between exercises. Do all exercises at your own pace. Focus on strong posture and never train beyond your limit.

 

Make sure to support your body by the use of a (yoga) mat.
